RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If an item has a factory defect or is damaged in shipping we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. When we receive the damaged item we will first try to replace it, if we are unable to do so you will receive a full refund.
SHIPPING RATES
We strive to ship orders within 5-6 business days from the time payment notification is received. We ship by UPS/ FedEx so that you can receive your purchases at your doorstep. The UPS Ground Rates also apply to FedEx rates on this site and are calculated at check out. Please contact us with any questions or to check the status of an order.
We are able to offer FREE SHIPPING on selected items. FREE SHIPPING only applies to UPS/ FEDEX Ground shipping. If one of our FREE SHIPPING items needs to be shipped 2 Day or Next Day air we will contact you with the shipping amount.
